SHIPPING INFORMATION

We strongly advise against shipping vintage instruments or amplifiers. While we take every measure possible to ensure that shipped items arrive without issue, shipping always has inherent risks.

If an item does not have weight/dimensions, this means that shipping cannot be automatically calculated. Please contact us and we will get you a fully insured shipping quote. We will take the item and have the carrier pack it to remove us from any shipping liability. The buyer will assume all shipping/packing fees. Note maximum package size and insured values!

Most items ship within two business days. Heyday prefers to ship UPS or USPS, and will not ship items that can't be fully insured or have delivery confirmed. Shipping cost is actual cost of freight + insurance + cost for packaging materials and time. The buyer pays all shipping related charges, including insurance and is responsible for all customs brokerage fees, taxes and any other fees related to the shipment. All shipments will be insured and declared for their FULL value – we won't lie on customs documents.

CONSIGNMENT POLICIES

Our consignment rate is 30% of the final sale price
Exceptions for high-ticket items or large quantities will be considered
Heyday Musical Instruments & Repair, Inc. will have exclusive right to sell all consigned items
The consignment period is for a minimum of 30 days
A fee of 15% of tag price will apply if an item is retrieved prior to 30 days
