Due to the vintage and used condition of some of the items we sell, all sales are final. We test everything when it comes in, before it leaves, and service anything that needs our attention while it is here in the store. We encourage you play anything you are interested in and are happy to assist in finding the right piece of gear to suit your needs.

We are unable to appraise or give exact values of instruments/amps over the phone or through pictures. Please bring any items you wish to be appraised for sale, consignment, or insurance purposes to our storefront, located at 108 N Lexington Avenue in Downtown Asheville, NC.

Repair items that are left over 90 days will be considered abandoned. We will always make multiple attempts to contact you upon completion of a repair but if after 90 days from our first contact attempt you have made no arrangements for its retrieval, or payment of the repair, we reserve the right to dispose of it at our own discretion.

Is there a pedal from one of our dealers that we don’t stock? Are there Lollar pickups you’re curious about trying? We are happy to special order items for you, just ask! All special orders require a 50% deposit.
