Layaway policies

• 30% (including tax) down to start layaway

• 90 days to pay item off, no interest

• 15% restocking fee, if cancelling layaway at any point

• Item will remain in possession of Heyday until fully paid

• Deposit is non-transferrable

• If layaway not completed within 90 days, deposit will be forfeit at the descretion of Heyday
