We do not service orchestral or woodwind/brasswind instruments. (contact Marcus Wickel @ 828-230-9736)
We do not service turntables, home or car audio equipment, or products by Line 6, Blackstar, Bugera, Egnater, or Behringer. Amps made by Mark Bass, Fishman, or modern-era Boss/Roland are also unable to be worked on.
We do not offer any "lutherie" services such as fret work, neck resets, crack repairs, or bridge/brace re-gluing. For those in need of those services we recommend contacting Justin Eisenman, Jack Dillen, or Ken Jones.
We do not service “electronic keyboards” or “digital pianos”. If you have to dissassemble the keyboard to move it, that means we wouldn’t service it.
We do not offer service on large-format consoles or mixing desks - if you have something like this, please send us an email

We offer factory warranty service for Fender, Mesa/Boogie, and Orange amplifiers.
Non-warranty repairs are 1 hour minimum - pro-rated in 15 minute intervals after the first hour - with three different rates depending on the level of service:
For service on guitars, pedals, and speaker cabs the hourly rate is $50.
A typical setup on a 6-string electric guitar generally takes 1-hour of labor.
This includes setting the correct neck relief, string height, nut height, and intonation. When necessary, or requested, we will oil the fretboard, polish frets, lubricate tuners, clean the electronics, tighten hardware.
We do not offer any re-finishing or “restoration”
Any additional work, such as installing or replacing hardware, pickups, etc. are billing in 15-minute intervals past the first hour.
If you would like a new bone nut installed, it is not always the case but can take up to 1.5 hours of labor.
For amplifiers, the rate is $75 an hour.
Pro audio is $100 an hour.
Pro audio repair includes outboard gear, mixers, tape machines and microphones.
